Ana Norambuena
I am a passionate spaceholder, researcher, and life enthusiast. Born in Chile, I lived in Germany before co-founding Ontree in New Zealand, where I now live. I'm deeply curious about what it takes to create a regenerative culture and love experimenting at the edges of transformation.
As a trainer, coach, and mother of two, I hold space with heart, presence, and precision. I’m a Botschafter of life, a fluff remover, and I empower people to find the thing that truly matters to them. I live in service of life’s unfolding intelligence.

Ewa Szczepaniak
My calling is to create a New Culture in which people can discover who they truly are and dare to live fully, in alignment with their purpose. I believe that each of us is here for an important reason, and that everything that exists is deeply interconnected. The responsibility we take for our lives, our relationships, and our choices has a direct impact not only on ourselves, but also on the future of the entire planet Earth.
I am a spaceholder, accompanying people in processes of transformation, in discovering their purpose, their resources, and their talents. I support them in crossing initiatory thresholds that allow them to live more consciously, courageously, and creatively. My work weaves together healing, transformation, and embodiment with the creation of new thoughtware and new culture — a culture of collaboration and radical responsibility.
Jacopo Lombardo
Since a very young age, I have been, without realizing it, searching for an alternative way of living, one that breaks the automatic patterns passed down through generations of human history. What has changed now is that I am consciously stepping into this empty space, choosing to invent the culture I want to live in.
My work is about creating spaces where real transformation can happen: where feelings and emotions are welcomed, old patterns can unravel, and new possibilities can take root.
Maria Rita Correia
Since being a child I have been curious about humans, how people behave and interact with each other and themselves. I left home when I was 16 years old and since then I tried many different “suits”, exploring and playing with what it means to have an identity. I was very shy and studied to become an actress, I was scared of the sea and became a dive-master…
Unconsciously I chose professions that were very unlikely to my identity, and now I see how being at the edge of what is possible, and turning the impossible into possible, has always been part of my life.
Now I get to consciously be at my edge, at the edge of culture, and try new suits, with the purpose of empowering myself, others and Gaia.
Patricia McGee
I take Guardianship of Ontree by keeping the momentum of practical steps going on the physical plane. My sensitivity to the flow of energy means, I sniff when it drops or gets stuck. Then, I take steps to put the pieces or people together so that the project keeps moving, the undercurrent or tension is expressed and connection can spread.
As a Village Weaver, I connect collaborative helpers, to bring the project to fruition.
My ease in relating to others means I enjoy being a builder of circles.
Beauty and steady attention to detail matter to me. My sharp eye for detail means I notice Everything. My commitment to a vision of creating a new way of living and being in the world is guided by the Bright Principles of Guardianship, Discovery, Empowerment, Connection.
Renee Alleyne
After having been a counsellor and psychodramatist for the last 30 years, my life took a sudden change of direction when I went to an Expand the Box training. My thirst for learning and personal development led me to believe that it is essential to create a new culture that nourishes and nurtures my fellow human beings as well as this beautiful earth that we live upon.
To this end at the ripening age of 70 I have committed myself to spending the time I have left to creating a new way of living with a group of edgeworkers in a multi generational group here at Ontree. After taking a break from my private psychotherapy practice, I am ready to step back into my work with an open heart and new energy for transformational work. I am guided by my bright principles of Creation, Transformation, Courage and Love.
Wojciech Zawadzki
I am creating a new culture of physical, emotional, energetic and mental health. I support you to re-connect with your birthright resources for being at the source of your own inner wisdom and the authority that resides within you.
I am especially inspired to empower you to transform your relationship with pain. Instead of seeing pain as an enemy to be avoided, I invite you to shift into curiosity, to get in touch with the deeper wisdom of pain and re-establish flow in all levels of your system.
I am a father of two radiant young beings, who serve as my most persistent and profound teachers - as they reveal the unreasonable nature of life.
Tristan Girdwood
My place in Ontree reflects my commitment to creating the kind of culture I want to live in. For me some of what that involves these days is taking care of the connection between men and the evolution of ‘men’s culture’, creating big spaces for the children to learn about themselves and discover life for themselves, and learning to build buildings that are ecological, healthy and vibrant.
As well as doing mine building apprenticeship, I offer 1:1 coaching following a long term passion about exploring the building blocks of culture; the way people think, and what ‘thoughtware’ they think with, and how subtle changes in thoughtware can drastically change people’s results in life.
Our Team
We are a multigenerational team of facilitators, possibility coaches, possibilitators, trainers, and family members — people who choose to live and create together as part of Ontree. What connects us is not only our skills and professions, but our commitment to embodying a new culture where authenticity, responsibility, and aliveness are at the center of life.
Each of us brings a unique path, a set of experiences and initiations, and a willingness to experiment with new ways of relating. Some of us have decades of experience in training and coaching, others bring fresh eyes and youthful courage. Some carry the wisdom of parenthood and community-building.
Together we embody the principle that new culture is not created by specialization alone, but by the synergy of human beings daring to live in integrity, curiosity, and collaboration.
